vu-duo backup

hi all i have just sold my duo to a friend of a friend who has no clue to them at all.and was just wondering if anybody has or used a good recent vix based backup that they could recommend
for them as a quick fix till there more confident in there abilitys to play about with the box cheers tebaa

aye ten he has the links and a few backups that i stuck on usb for him a few of the differnt ones
but it was just in case some one had made a recent vix backup as i think it would save him a lot of hassle the now till
he has got used to the box
