Help with oscam

Hi Guys

Having problems with my vu with devices, everyday I have to re-mount my hard drive and usb stick which is causing problems with crossepg. So I'm looking to upgrade my current BH image to the latest one.

Only problem I have is setting up the oscam file where does the file go and how do I tell if its working, had problems in the past with installing the file.

You will find the oscam configs in /etc/tuxbox/config/
Backup these files as well as your CCcam.cfg then after flashing install the latest oscam/CCcam ipk from here then restore your configs.

Oscam/CCcam is started via the blue button in BH just the same as the version you are using now.

One question when I go into /etc/tuxbox/config/ before I install my backup oscam do I remove the config folder which is already there, because when i ftp my backup i have two config folders there.

You should have only 1 config folder containing the config files buddy.

So should my backup go into the existing folder or do I delete the original folder.

Delete the files that installed with the cam then send in the ones you have backed up & restart the cams.

Done what you said Ten now I only have one config file but still don't know if I'm online.
