  • Hi all,

    I am struggling with my oscam web interface without any results so far.

    a little explanation of the situation...
    I have oscam running with cygwin on a windows 7 HTPC with oscam build 9053, everything is working fine and i can reach the webinterface via de localhost.
    The only problem I have is to reach the web interface from an other computer in my home network.
    There is no problem with the network knowing I run an webinterface and streaming of live TV for DVBLogic without a problem.
    Further I have tested on several port numbers with the thought that maybe the port was not available but without succes.

    This is how I have my config file set:

    [global]
    logfile = C:\Program Files (x86)\OScam\log\oscam.log
    clienttimeout = 10000
    nice = -10
    maxlogsize = 500

    [cache]

    [newcamd]
    port = 5555@0100:00006A,000000
    allowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255
    key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    keepalive = 1

    [monitor]
    port = 16500
    nocrypt = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.2-192.168.0.254
    monlevel = 0

    [webif]
    httpport = 8123
    httpuser = user
    httppwd = pwd
    httprefresh = 20
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255

    Thanks a lot for any help.

    Regards, Bert

  • check the IP on the computer you are trying to access the webif from and make sure it falls within the range of 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.255
    More than likely it will not & you should use this line:
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255

  • Are you getting access denied or not found?
    Also, try other browsers (making sure to be on latest versions) & check firewall settings..

    You could also open up the webif to all IP's while testing with:
    httpallowed = 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255

    Obviously narrow down this range when you have identified the problem
