if you associate the file with WinRAR it still will not work it states not a WinRAR file same with WinZip.

need the file in .ipk format but can not find it anywhere pls pls has anyone got it.

Open an FTP tool like filezilla or DCC, search your computer for the file..
If the file looks like this, enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-crossepg_0.7.04+git376+8a8a270-r5_vuultimo.php
Edit it to this; enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-crossepg_0.7.04+git376+8a8a270-r5_vuultimo.ipk
Now try to install the file..

WinRAR states format unknown or format damaged other file at top which is also php file opens so I assume the file is damaged any chance of reposting it or sending me another link Thanks.

you dont open .ipk files with winrar it is a executable linux file but if you have to open it use 7zip.

how do I disassociate WinRAR with php files as cannot get it to rename.

I don't want to open it I am trying to change it to an ipk file to ftp it to my usb but now it is associated with WinRAR it wont let me change it, Thanks
