cant download anything from this site (admin please) help

Hi
I have not downloaded anything from this site for days if not weeks, but when I try and download a picon set it comes up with that I have reached my download limit.
Can anyone shed any light as to why I'm getting this please.

Its by far best to become vip to get this removed and not have the issue again for a small price its worth it ,not trying to sell the site just makes sense :14_002:

Myself & fellow admin have checked your account, there is nothing stopping you downloading buddy.

finally. Managed to download this morning. Still bemused as to why it took 2 days for restriction to lift. !!!
