bad sector/ too much data

after this OpenPLi-4-Dm800se-ssl84d-Bkup_by Inspiral download i ended up with no ca found, fortunately i saved my box and i am up and running again

when you flash image make sure ,you flash secondstage before reboot

got the bad sector error message too.
tried to reboot now got the dreaded "no ca found error"
sod the bloody image. -
old images may have something to do with it
