Vu solo 2 no sound

Hi all

I setup a mates solo2 last week his wife turned the box off last night and now he has no sound on any channel. He has checked all connections and still no joy Dolby digital is running but no sound. Does ne one have any idea what would be wrong?

Have you set the remote to do the tv volume , if you have you might want to go thru open webif and turn the box volume up I have had this happen to me where a different remote has turned down the box volume , this ipk can let you sort it off the box thru plugins menu ,
