Why double hits ? Wouldn't this put load on the server ?

Its not a double hit buddy, simply a request served by "server13" was again requested while oscam still had the valid ecm cached so it was served by the stored cache rather than hitting your card server 13 again, perfectly normal when running oscam as server and reducing the hits on your peer rather than doubling as you thought.
