bt sport working in spark using alien 2 box but only get subtitles no picture

Hi all! Have bt sport working in spark using alien 2 box but only get subtitles no picture on enigma.Any help on getting to work with enigma would be great.I'm using oscam server and emu of oscam_8988 if that helps{not sure what it does if anything],Just remembered my *** box is old sd amstrad no hdmi port so using alien with hdmi should improve picture on my tv.Thanks

Hi thanks for quick reply and i apologise for my amateurishness! i'm using EMUManager v1.2.8 oscam 8988,Mapping CA1 to CA0 enabled,Oscam server active.How do i acquire the log?Thanks
