newbee move channels on ***box

    i see my ***box i brought has a old bt sports today
    i found the channel, watching, yet cant work out how to move it to the fav list?
    any help

    Press Red and select All List on Left
    Press Fav Button and select Catagory on Right
    Select channel to add and then in centre column press ok when on the +
