  • I am not sure I understand your last post but I normally log into server as root user using WinSCP, navigate to /etc folder & open crontab file..

    To set reboot for 4am, add this line:

    Code
    00 4     * * *   root    /sbin/reboot

    All your problems have been solved countless times before so try the search box before you post!!

    Remove the lines highlighted red then paste the daily reboot command to the first blank line available then save & reboot.

  • # /etc/crontab: system-wide crontab
    # Unlike any other crontab you don't have to run the `crontab'
    # command to install the new version when you edit this file
    # and files in /etc/cron.d. These files also have username fields,
    # that none of the other crontabs do.

    SHELL=/bin/sh
    PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin

    # m h dom mon dow user command
    17 * * * * root cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.hourly
    25 6 * * * root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily )
    47 6 * * 7 root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.weekly )
    52 6 1 * * root test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.monthly )
    #
    59 23 * * * root /var/script/oscam-backup.sh
    59 06 * * * root /usr/local/bin/cccam_2.1.3
    */5 * * * * root /var/script/CCcamCheck.sh
    */5 * * * * root /var/script/OscamCheck.sh
    03 07 * * 6 root /var/script/LogCleanUp.sh >> /var/cccamlog/CleanUp.log
