Removal of Requirement for a Phone Connection with Multiscreen

  • Received a memo a week late today after i was convinced a customer was talking through his ass today but our subbie confirmed it and finally forwarded a copy onto me.


    I,m surprised they are doing it tbh but i aint complaining..i have attached the engineer brief only.

    Hi All,



    Please see attached and below Important *** changes.



    From the 18th of December, customers will no longer need to have an active phone line to take multi-screen. You will no longer need to connect the boxes to a phone line (unless the customer expressly requests it) which represents savings in job timings and consumables and should lead to less lost sales, faster activations and a smoother customer journey where customers don’t have a phone line ready.



    We think you’ll agree, this is great news for us and our customers.



    Please find attached two briefs – one for sales agents and one for engineers. Please cascade to the relevant areas asap.
