How do i format a usb stick to work on Openbox ?

    just put into windows pc


    once it pops up in my computer right click on the icon and select format . Choose the fat-32 file format

    Already done it on the computer, thought i could do it through the box to help me with my problem tried all sorts to upload the file using a usb but the box wont let me.
