how to update channel lists

how does 1 update a channel list to 1 that has say astra and hot bird

since installin the catseye plugin on duo my channels are all over the shop.i had simple silverfox b4 now it impossible to find ne ting,is it possible to have silverfox in services list instead of alphabetical order.or do i have to create all new bouqets manually,balls to dat,to be honest the only lists i want r for XXX uk and italia really.is dat possible or am i just been awkward
