webradioFS 11.44 05.01.2014 Help

Hi all
I installed webradioFS 11.44 05.01.2014 last night and i found it was very good, so i went to edit the favorites and whilst i was deleting the ones that was already saved so i could add mine it just crashed vix and now every time i try and open the plugin it does the same, i have uninstalled the plugin several times and even tried an older version but now i cannot get it to run,please can anyone advise what is the problem.
