*** uk card

Hi

Can anobody help me how can i setup my existing *** uk (White) card in dm800se ? i read many forums but nothing worked for me.

i generated boxkey from 10digit serial , i tried 11 digit to put 0 infront , both boxkeys dont work.
Except one thing.. if i switch channel to premier sports , i get info that box is reading card in NDS

card reader /dev/sci0 handled 15(0) ecms and 0(0) emms Nds card 231ee96

Entitlement info card reader /dev/sci1 no or unknown card inserted , but no sound or video/

it is card from previous *** account , as they left it and i can use it as FTV. I have serial number from my *** box from settings menu .

the card has been in an official *** receiver, so that why it is not work
