No CCcam or mgcamd on Blackhole image help me please

what should i do after reflashing the new image ( bh 2.0.4 ), after setup wizard and downloading astra 19 and hotbird channels , i have the FTA channels only, i did not not find any cccam or mgcamd in plugins/addons on. so i'm lost.
if some one can help , sorry i'm a very newbe in this, and i don't want to mess up with it.

Install Linuxsat-Support-Addons Plugin and download what you need from there or manually install softcams from here --> Black Hole 2.*.* Softcams

To Install FTP .ipk files to /tmp > Green button > Yellow Button > Manually Install IPK Packages

Use Filezilla, Dreambox Control Center or any other FTP client to send enigma2-plugin-extensions-linuxsat-support-addons_1.0_mips32el.ipk file to the /tmp/ folder on the DUO..

With the remote control press Green button > Yellow button > Manually install ipk packages > Press OK to install > Reboot receiver..

Press Green Button for plugins menu > Download what you need from {Cams - BlackHole 2.x.x} > Reboot.

After reboot press blue button > Scroll left or right to select mgcamd / CCcam > Press OK to activate as default softcam..
