vuo+ duo not starting up

hello friends please help me i turned off my receiver last night it was working fine ,but alas today it wont boot just a message on receiver starting and it wont respond to remote control cant turn on or off please help thanks in advance:doubt:

thanks friends i only have mac computer so no null modem any pointers please. i can communicate with the box from the mac bm 570 it lets me wander around harddisk and configure are the 2 sub folders. any help i would be truly grateful for thanks

thanks master g i used an emulator for windows on mac formatted the usb pen managed to get the three files onto it put in the receiver followed instructions . for about 1/10th of a second it says reading usb then back to the state it was in before usb .

yehaaaaa a big big huge thanks friends your great guidance worked a treat for me.i was just copying the duoplus image file as it was downloaded followed your instructions to the letterand bingo . im on my 4th image upload although im retired i still have the feeling of youthful exhuberance thanks a million friends:snicker:P.S i was able to format the pen on the mac disk utility then followed your great instructions thanks
