Open atv on gigablue ue 800

I have just installed this image on the gigablue ue 800. I am unable to download anything either from ts panel, linuxsat support plugin, or from the plugin menu green button. From the first two I get wget bad address and from the plugin menu the server is down for maintenance. Do I have to enable anything in the image itself for me to download and install from tspanel or linux sat support addons.

All good with the network test.
if I use tspanel and use linux support addons from there it the downlaods the addons group, and when I select lets say ts media, it starts off ok but then get the message wget bad address.

Sat4fun does'nt work either, cant help thinking its some setting in the image. I have even added googel as a secondary server and no joy.
I have most of the plugins saved on pc just to ftp them over, but I still would like to get this working.
I just need some skins the metrix skin I do not like
