problem during flashprocedure on MAG250 micro

    Hi yall,
    ive got a problem with my mag250 micro STB. It wont flash with USB or MCAST.
    i tried different images from infomir.eu but cant get solved.
    i tried with custom image and get following thing......see clip


    Hope any1 can help me get my STB work :)
