Not sure if I'm in the right section (Mods please move if not)
I have been hearing about the "Blue Dragon Card"
What are they ?
Can you buy them ?
How do you program them ?
Can I talk about them on here ?

A Blue Dragon card is a programmable card similar to the old gamma cards that used be able to open (still can open most) of these:
Digiturk Crypt**orks
Hungary Cable Provider Satelit
Nova
Raduga Tv
Tvb Hong Kong
Upc Crypt**orks
Zee Tv
I think the files have gone "underground" and are no longer public though..
You program the card to open one package at the time...
Check fleabay if you want one..
Its a risk though as nobody knows how long they will last!

A cas3 programer can be used like this:
1. Open cas 3 by click the icon on your desktop
2. connect the usb cable, wait till program starts
3. Go to untilities tab
4. Click the phoenix mode
5. Choose 3.68 mhz usally for pc, hide button
7. Open the needed loader with dragon by double click it
8. In the loader window when opens correct the settings in com port,load the latest file where u saved it.
9. Insert your card chip down & connect the serial cable
10. Now click write card
