OpenBox S16 Black Display/Flashing Optical Firmware Dead

no screen on display, optical is flashing, and the on light shines a litte

System a Windows XP with rs232

I have the tools Downloaded from this Trehad. But it can´t connect.
Target not Connectet oder Target is error status.
bitrate 9600 test and 115200.

Upgrade Tool Version 2.0.0f 2009 04 17

Waht can i do that works

or is the box Death
