Please help me solve this mystery !!

Ok i have posted on this matter already, but i am stuck and need advice, can anyone in the uk please try youtube and music jukebox on tsmedia.
i can see everything but cannot play any !
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling tsmedia no joy oh and it is the latest version.
i am running latest vix on a solo 2 , it was working a while ago but now nothing.
i have the 1 channel fix in place if this has any bearing im not sure.

Thanks john just tried the version 5 and it crashes bad and will not work properly !!
you tube vanished and 1 channel reboots my solo 2 !! gone back to version 4.9 at least it kind of works
