    dos2unix ... is missing

    sshpass installed
    openssl installed

  • Have you tried to compile anyway?? dos2unix should not stop you..

If you insist on using old commands:

    Code
    apt-get update
    apt-get install tofrodos

Then if you want "dos2unix" type "fromdos" and if you want "unix2dos", type "todos". If you want the old commands, create links as below.

    Code
    cd /usr/bin
    sudo ln -s fromdos dos2unix
    sudo ln -s todos unix2dos
