please help me

morning
i have a Dm800hd pvr
i use to have a provider before but decided to stop it was to expensive
i downloaded DCC and connected with my IP Address of DM used root/dreambox as the password
when i go in FTP the right side of the column has folders but the left is empty
and when i go in telnet and login with root and asked password i use dreambox and it tells me login incorrect
i even tried leaving passwd as a blank. i even tried filezilla the same thing.
i have tried every thing, i have come to a conclusion that am stupid when it comes to these things.
can any body please guide me thanks for your time.

thanks buddy am having trouble flashing my dreambox, i had connected it direct with RS32 cable and used deream up to flash it i used secondstage-dm800-84 nfi file followed by newnigma2_stable_dm800se_v4.0.9
when it was done i rebooted the box and told me error.
can you please tell me what fills to use.

Hi i up dated my dm800hd clone using tspanel when rebooting it got stuck in booting i tried to flash a new image using dreamup.
and it get stuck in calculating check sum,i have tried every thing,can any body please help me
