loading cccam need help..plz

I'n the simplist terms how do i add my cline's. been going through the tut's downloaded everything going am getting nowhere. so what programme do i need and explain easy version plz

line manager wouldn't load.Put the lines in manually with DCC and learn't a lot at the same time.
