How to watch MP4,AVI,DIVX files on VU+Duo

Could anyone please help with this. How can I watch any of the files in the title on my Vu+Duo box. Is it even possible.

I have tried MKV, MP4, AVI, Xvid and Divx.. All work perfect in the MediaPlayer.. FTP these files to /media/HDD/movie..

If you have issues viewing a certain video format use HandBreak to convert it..
