how do i do a complete clean install of vix on a giga 800hd, did a factory reset but

I want to do a complete clean install on my gigablue 800hd se but when I did a factory reset I discovered there was still items like , picons , sat settings, epg settings, softcams etc. So a bit stumped.

Help, what do I need to do to make box as it was delivered ie virgin state.
