Openbox S9 falls out in full backup?

    I have my last few weeks Openbox S9 bought this pair join an old firmware installed Would I like to have the new install, but can not connect to my PC takuar ane IP address (ftp). and did / do not know what should I use this software to RS232 (serial) port to connect.

    Before I can install new firmware, I want first and above all FULL BACK DO-up, including the institutions CCcam Etc. ..

    Like someone here and an Idea / e solution. PLEASE
