sly hub port forward or firewal help

i have ubuntu 12 oscam and i open on sly hub port and problem is:
i can connect in local network and i can watching channels from server, but my friends is connecting but no get key.
and on him line show 0ms.
i confusing what is wrong or is sly hub blocking keys or is server.
Help please.

yes, my server is this one (http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=164790 i give him line frome strate frome oscam and anticaskading is off.
him was try connect whit newcamd,cccam still show connected but nothing going.

Hi guys i wery confusing now, that the story:
i was have ubuntu 12.04 oscam cccam 8917, and o2 router it was work fine.
install new ubuntu 12.04 whit auto oscam/cccam 9584 and change my router too sly hub black just got 1week ago
open port is say open.
problem is i can connect too server and my family and mother too. but i get keys too my resiver at home
but who is away and don't get key is say no found 0ms

can some body help whit that.
i ask try my friends whoo have aswell old oscam server and him try connect whit oscam and cccam 8917 like reader
and him get same, connect too server and no get key frome me, show no found 0ms
i try connect whit: (cccam,oscam,mgcamd,newcamd)

sorted guys, in general config is just remoove Simple block: same IP and same Name
and is start working. thanks for atention.
