Advertising_Forum search

I have an annoying issue concerning the top right hand advertising flickering page that links you direct to the forum sponser...get rid of that please as its annoying and i believe it makes the site look and feel cheap and nasty..you end up having to flick the advert to do certain forum tasks while browsing the site which i think is pointless as we already know who the forum sponser is..cant miss that!

Search function also appears to be pants...sorry for the vague explanation on that one.

Because i am not completely sure where most files are located on here(and maybe because i,m a bit lazy) i searched for the latest ipk for tsmedia in advanced search and it did not seem to locate it which i thought it would have but to be fair i was probably not inputting the correct keywords in my search.
