Static IP in TalkTalk HG533 Router Help Please

Hi,

Can someone advise me what settings and what has to be inputted in my Router for setting a Static IP for my Ubuntu Server? Any help would be appreciated. Little bit of a Novice at this. Thanks in advance

Setting a static IP on your Ubuntu server has nothing to do with your router.

You set the static ip in the server yourself, but depending on your router, you can set it so the router sets a static ip to each computer in your house, all depends on the make and model of the router.

Sorry, should have said, I have out a static IP on the server, just need it input on the hauwei hg533 talk talk router..if this makes sense?
