dvb common interface

hi i got a dvb common interface slot on my tv also a sat turner built into my tv also a dish pointing to hotbird if i buy a Viaccess cam satellite decoding conditional access module would it fit into my tv also i would have a buy a hotbird card to fit in module is this correct thanks
