This is for android phones only, not iphones, etc.
Simply unzip the .apk file and then email it to your phone or copy it to the sd card. From there selecting it will allow you to install it.
It is an augmented reality thing where it shows you the position of satelittes, so point it near your dish and adjust accordingly. It works on gps and your phones compass and seems pretty accurate. Certainly wont beat a good meter, but it'll get you on your way!
