channel list wont update

hi guys i put vix helios 010 on, put rats boquet on, and rats updater, bt spt hd 1-2, espn hd, boxnation, no channel no epg did a rat updater and still same is it the vix image doing it, mate has same box vu duo with zeus image and his channels i mention update fine is there a bug in vix or something should i try bh again, its orig vu+duo cheers
