No idea buddy, never tried it. Dont have a DM800 so couldnt say.
I have a dm800se and I'm using Gemini + GP3i image.I think Gemini is the best image supported by Dream.
is very easy to configure the directory for picon as well as many other things.
i have the picons working on the box but cant get them working on the coloured OLED

Maybe its because you need to add the skin_user.xml.
Thanks that worked a treat! i dunno if they look good though as most of the picons have a whitebackground

You can find it in addons gemini+gp3
I've changed the permissions of the picons folder to 644 and added the skin_user.xml to share/enigma2 but still not showing picons
Am I doing something wrong?

try skin_user.xml to etc/enigma2 seems to work for a lot of people..
but don't fix the problem for me..
any other suggestion ???
