Using cw line (newcamd.list) on oscam, openatv

I subscribed to mgcam server, I was given new came.list file containing cw line , which I added to user/keys. It is working ok, but how can I use it on oscam ymod, installed from openatv4 server?
I am newbie in this regard..

This is the example line i want to add to oscam

CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
