Receiving entitlements

May sound like a silly question but do you need to be connected to broadband to update entitlements in dreambox?

Maybe not if you have a local area network in your hse
your stb's will suffice

yes i do have a lan but i'm not sharing my card and i am just using oscam to update. So to confirm I will not need to be connected?

are you sharing locally ?
have you settings some thing like below oscam server?
emmcache = 1,3,2
blockemm-u = 0
blockemm-s = 0
blockemm-g = 1
did you already get Entitlements for your card?

No not sharing at all and yes got them settingss. Havnt had my entitlements updated yet due just over a month.
