full reprogram needed -

    Hi All


    Looking for some advice on a V+duo based in NL and wanting it to pick up UK channels ITV, BBC , C4 5 and such like



    This unit used to work 1 year ago and recent brough out of storage and dusted down
    Having lots of problems in getting it to search , store and so - best bet i feel is to reprogram the box
    Dish is 100% ok as i also have a reebox wich is running perfectly when I use same cable


    I am PC litterate


    I see here in forums backups and so on so I imagine i will download them and unzip and load onto a flash drive


    1. How do I go about reprograming the box with latest updates
    2. Is it USB flash driven
    3. Do I just plug in and reboot


    I would very much appreciatie any step by step guidlines to do this to max Chanels out of the box- open to options and ideas

    Here's a very good tutorial for flashing your Vu Duo, this was written for the ViX image but the method is the same for flashing any other image...
