first make a backup of your box
then use this file and update ALL SW & BOOTLOADER
After the reboot update again with your backed up file but only select CHANNEL LIST ONLY

I've no picture at all on my tv now after upgrading to your abs, how can i fix this?

Try the latest version of the firmware and see if that helps....install in the usual way.
Extract the file from the rar pack first.
