8900shd probs

    Hi all, looking for some help with this box.I only got it on Monday and have already cocked it up.
    was trying to set up motorised dish to no avail but somehow did a factory reset.
    since then I lost all English fta channels
    I have been doing scans on 28.2 but getting mostly foreign channels and the last scam was showing e2 on the box display.
    Doe's this mean I am now in e2 ??? and if so how do I get it back to boot in spark
    Any help will be much appreciated.
