hi a few times a day my vu duo will just go to a black screen and it will say starting on front on box.you have to turn the box off then its ok but it does it a few times a day now.any help? thanks

Do you have any daily schedules setup ? Which devices do you have connected, HDD or USB ? Have you tried disconnecting these devices to see if it resolves the problem ? How much flash memory do you have left ?
