    Probably going to have to join one of the arabic sat sites.
    As far as i can see, that receiver is used there and they may be the only ones that can provide support for it (although it seems to be made in korea?)
    Are you trying to add streams or an emu?
    Normally you'd need aftermarket firmware to add an emu which probably won't be provided by the original manufacturer (i think).
