How to disable numeric keypad?

Hi, i have a motor dish and i don't want by accident to press the numbers of the remote control. Imagine that i press a number and If the wind is blowing the motor will go to that satellite to find that channel. Is there anyway to disable the numeric keypad? I run openHDF image. Thanks in advance
