My DreamBox-800 HD Pvr Hanged on Dream Multimedia Booting

I m very upset about this third time my dreambox 800hd pvr hanged on Dream Multimedia Booting! is it there any solution for this Booting hangup problem or need to Flash image again lost of all setting,please need help and guidance.

What do mean? You want me to change Power adaptor? And yesterday I has changed to new Image Opnepli ArteHd still working fine. But is it there any solution when its hanged on booting? Every time new image again Sat. setting,Channels setting offffff.

friends plzzzz help me yesterday i have setup again all channels in my dreambox,today when i pulled out power supply . afterwords when i on the dreambox again hanged on dream mutltimedia booting!
Why this problem happening pls. guide me without loosing my setup i to solve this problem??
