Amiko alien 2 triple tuner, tuner burnout?

    I recently bought an alien 2 from amiko but recently half of the channels cut out and when I do a rescan they do not comeback, if I use the other tuner they all come through fine and when I use an other sat cable in the original tuner the same thing happens and only half the channels are scanned in. Is there any reason for this
