Openbox S10 issue ragrding Chip ID

    Hi to everyone. I am new to the openbox.


    I have just bought a S10, version CHDS2 11-05-04:0077CMT.
    Most websites indicate that to get your chip ID you need to press 777777 for an S9 and 888888 for an S10, however I only get the ID after pressing 777777 and not 888888, despite being an S10. Doe anyone know why is this? I get EFb7:1500. Is this a clone?

    Found the problem. Changed firmware to a later version 23052011 and fixed the issue. Now I can use 88888 and the ID is now 1015 hence it should be the original.
