Need your help
I have a HP Pavilion DV-6700, Core 2 duo, 2.1 GHZ T8100, 3GB ram, 250GB HD. with Windows Vista OS. I am not sure it is 32 or 64bit OS.
The pc did not come with a OS disk but the OS was on the hard-disk on "D" drive partition.
Today I switched on the PC and a msg came "Operating system not found".
I removed the HD and re-installed it but same problem.
Memory Test : PASSED
Primary HD Test: PASSED
Comprehensive HD Test: PASSED
I tried to locate recovery disc online and download a couple of them and then wrote it on a CD using Nero but still did not work (Possibly I did not follow the procedure rightly).
Kindly assist.
