S9 -08/08/11 and 15/08/11 firmware problems

I have tried the two latest firmwares and both give the same problem.
all is fine untill I go to the media player in the menu after I have gone to there ,even if I do not play a recording all channels are about Two seconds out of sync between video and audio allso if I do play a recording it is out of sync the only way I can get the live channels back into sync is to switch the box off at the mains the box is an original s9 openbox and it is fine on the original firmware 02/03/11
I have tried different drives all are the same ,any ideas ?

update Just tried new firmware OPENBOX_S9_110830.zip link- MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service and all seems ok.
