    I bought and had installed a Amiko Alien 2 box, all was well for about 6 months, Got a message on screen to reboot, did so and screen went blank. Now have control only by switching the power off. Remote does not work and box boots to BBC I in sound only, contacted fitters, who say it is an update problem, but have not been near me. Any advice please.
